Our cookies weigh about 113 grams which is relatively higher than other cookies in the market. Each of our 12 original cookie flavours are concocted in detail to offer a unique experience with every flavour. Each flavour has a bespoke name and tells a story that comes to life with every bite. They are chef made, small batch artisanal cookies made using the finest ingredients.

Yes, we have partnered with Kovai Delivery Boys to offer deliveries from our cloud kitchen to locations around Coimbatore.

We aim to deliver the same day or next day depending on the time the order has been placed. We will send out an email once the order is out for delivery.

We do not accept cash on delivery. Payment needs to be done online on our website while placing the order.

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email krumbleandchip@gmail.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we bake your cookies. Kindly reach out to us at krumbleandchip@gmail.com for a quick resolution.
 
Unfortunately, we will not be able to change anything or cancel the order once the cookies have been baked for you.
